WESTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – The right shoulder was closed on the New Jersey Turnpike Monday afternoon due to an overturned vehicle, according to 511 New Jersey.
The accident was reported at about 12:19 p.m. in the southbound exiting lanes for Interchange 5 for County Route 541.
The overturned vehicle was a dump truck. The report did not state whether or not the truck was carrying anything at the time of the accident.
The right shoulder was blocked.
