A leading New Jersey personal injury law firm focused on results
Since our founding in 1967, Brach Eichler has earned the trust, respect, and gratitude of clients by providing personalized and professional representation that leads to impressive results. As a multi-practice law firm dedicated to client service, Brach Eichler has built a reputation for “getting the deal done” for business clients in various industries, resolving contentious matters related to family law and estate planning, assisting with complex tax issues, and litigating a wide range of civil disputes, including personal injury claims arising from serious and catastrophic accidents.
Over the years, our personal injury practice has grown steadily by providing personal attention to each client and working tirelessly to maximize the recovery in each case. Our dedicated attorneys have secured numerous six and seven-figure verdicts and settlements for seriously injured clients and for families grieving the loss of loved ones due to wrongful death. Our personal injury practice reflects our commitment to personal service, knowledgeable and practical advice, creative strategy, and a sharp focus on results.
In addition to the vigorous representation of our clients, our attorneys give generously of their time and talent. For more than 50 years, community outreach and charitable works have been essential to Brach Eichler’s mission and identity.
Certified civil trial attorneys lead a talented and accomplished team
At the helm of our personal injury practice are two veteran attorneys whom the New Jersey Supreme Court has certified as specialists in civil trial practice. Edward Capozzi and Keith Roberts lead a talented legal team with a distinguished reputation.
Edward Capozzi received the New Jersey Law Journal’s Personal Injury Hall of Fame Award in 2014 for securing what was then the state’s largest verdict in a products liability case. From 2012-2018, he obtained at least one, and as many as three, of the state’s top 20 personal injury verdicts or settlements. Notable among these results are a $5.8 million settlement for an elevator mechanic injured in a construction accident and a $5.35 million settlement for a pedestrian struck by a tractor-trailer. Mr. Capozzi exclusively handles auto, trucking, NJ Transit, elevator, and other catastrophic personal injury cases. He is the author of The Domino Theory, a bestselling Trial Guide publication, and a nationally recognized authority on trial technique and cross-examination of defense medical experts.
Keith Roberts is a highly experienced litigator and a leading authority on New Jersey’s no-fault automobile insurance law. He has served on the New Jersey Insurance Commissioner’s Technical Advisory Committee on PIP (PIPTAC) and is a recognized expert in the No Fault PIP Arbitration process. Keith has argued important cases before trial and appellate courts throughout New Jersey.
Under the leadership of these certified trial law specialists, our firm’s personal injury attorneys provide formidable representation for a variety of injury cases, which include auto accidents, truck and motorcycle accidents, construction accidents, dog bites, elevator accidents, premises liability, and products liability.
Wherever an injury occurs throughout the State of New Jersey, the Brach Eichler legal team is ready to help victims fight for the just outcome they deserve.
