HOWELL TOWNSHIP, NJ- A dump truck overturned on Wednesday afternoon and caused delays on I-195 in Howell, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
At approximately 12:13pm, a dump truck overturned on the eastbound I-195 shoulder as well as the exit towards County Road 547 in Howell due to a dump truck accident. The crash caused major delays in the area as well as significant lane closures.
