One Struck and Killed by Vehicle on NJ-17 in Ramsey

RAMSEY, NJ- One person was struck and killed on NJ-17 in Ramsey early Thursday, according to local media sources.

At approximately 12:40am, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near the area of 1358 NJ-17 in Ramsey. The victim was unconscious when officials arrived, and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accidently shortly after by medical professionals. The roadway was closed directly after for an investigation.
