EAST ORANGE, NJ- A man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in East Orange early Tuesday morning, according to local media sources.
At approximately 12:45 am, a Mercedes-Benz veered off of I-280 in East Orange, near Exit 12.
The driver in the Mercedes-Benz, 63-year-old Obdulio Galarza, struck a median, a sign, a tree, and the guardrail before the vehicle came to rest.
Galarza was transported to University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries later on.
