Nanny and Infant Struck by Delivery Van in Haworth

HAWORTH, NJ- A nanny pushing an infant in a stroller WAS struck by a FedEx van in Haworth on Wednesday, according to Daily Voice.

At approximately 10:00 am, 56-year-old David Gutfeld was driving a FedEx van on Brook Street when he struck a 55-year-old nanny and a 1-and-a-half year old in a stroller, then fled the scene. The infant was unharmed, while the nanny had to be hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

The police stopped Gutfeld a short time later. He is currently facing a reckless driving charge.
