HOBOKEN, NJ – A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a rollover accident involving a parked car in Hoboken on Friday night.

A local news story reported that 32-year-old Jan Sabbagh was driving a white Toyota station wagon when he crashed with a parked vehicle in the 100 block of Garden Street just before midnight on Friday night. The Toyota was upended on its side in the crash.

When officers arrived, they conducted a field sobriety test, which Sabbagh failed and he was taken into custody. He has been charged with possession of an open container while driving, driving while intoxicated, driving without a license, and reckless driving.
