Man arrested after chase, crash in Fairview

CLIFFSIDE, NJ – Police arrested a man when he crashed his vehicle after a short chase on Wednesday morning, according to a news report

A Cliffside police officer saw the man, identified as Joshua Bueso, 18, attempting to steal a Chevrolet Corvette at about 7 a.m. Bueso left the Corvette and drove away in a Volkswagen Jetta occupied by two boys.

After pursuing him into Fairview, the Jetta collided with pickup truck at the intersection of Anderson Avenue and Roosevelt Street. 

Police apprehended Bueso and charged him with burglary, employing a minor in the commission of a crime, among other things.
