Major accident reported on US-30 in Mullica Township

ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — Authorities responded to a serious crash Thursday afternoon on U.S. Route 30 in Mullica Township, according to Daily Voice.

The New Jersey Department of Transportation said the collision occurred near Elwood Road at around 12:15 p.m.

Few details have been released, but Daily Voice said the accident may have resulted in fatal injuries to one person. As of this writing, Mullica Township Police have not disclosed the conditions of those involved.

All lanes of the highway were blocked during the response and initial investigation.
