Lanes closed after Readington crash

READINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ – Lanes were closed after a car accident was reported on Interstate 78 in Readington Township on Thursday morning.

According to the New Jersey traffic incident tracker, the crash happened in the westbound lanes near Oldwick Road at about 8:11 a.m.

The two left-hand lanes out of three lanes were closed, however, traffic appeared to be flowing freely in the area. Emergency crews were also able to quickly clear and reopen the area.

At this time, no injuries have been reported.
