SOUTH TOMS RIVER, NJ – A crash on the Garden State Parkway blocked one lane in South Toms River on Monday afternoon, according to 511 New Jersey.
The crash happened in the northbound lanes near Exit 80 for County Road 530 at about 2:45 p.m.
The crash was blocking the right lane.
