3 workers hit, injured by driver near Englewood car wash

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Three people were hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after being struck by a vehicle outside an Englewood business, according to CBS New York.

The pedestrian crash took place at Englewood Car Wash, located at 5 Sheffield Avenue.

An early investigation indicates one worker was driving a vehicle out of the vehicle when they accidentally collided with three other workers.

The victims suffered serious but life-threatening injuries. All three were rushed to Hackensack Medical Center where their conditions remain undisclosed.

An investigation into the cause of the incident was underway.
