The case stems from an auto accident in Hackensack on November 5, 2020. On that day, Plaintiff, Csilla Antal, was operating a motor vehicle that was traveling North on River Street in Hackensack, New Jersey, when a motor vehicle operated by Defendant, Lital Glickman, which was traveling South on River Street, recklessly made a left turn in front of Plaintiff vehicle, causing a collision with Plaintiff’s vehicle. The driver, Csilla Antal, sustained cervical and lumbar herniations. She underwent a lumbar discectomy and cervical arthroplasty. Passenger, Bela Kato, also sustained cervical and lumbar herniations. He underwent a lumbar fusion. The case settled shortly before trial, which was scheduled to take place on March 31, 2025. The docket number is BER-L-3265-22.
