Brief Biography
Shaleek Smith is a goal-oriented attorney who focuses on representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. He advocates for individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others and brings a disciplined and thoughtful approach to each case. Shaleek is committed to guiding his clients through the legal process while protecting their rights and interests.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Shaleek served eight years in the United States Marine Corps. His military service provided him with a strong foundation in discipline, preparation, and commitment, qualities that continue to influence his approach to the practice of law.
While in law school, Shaleek participated in the Youth Advocacy Clinic, where he advocated for juvenile immigrants in guardianship matters. He also served on the board of the Black Law Students Association and received the Bronze Public Service Award after completing more than 300 hours of pro bono work.
