Edward Capozzi and Corey Dietz settled a matter involving a 75 year-old Bergen County man who was struck by a motor vehicle in a supermarket parking lot in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. The gentleman was walking from the supermarket to his car when he was struck by the car causing serious spine and leg injuries requiring emergency surgery.
