Never one to rest on his laurels, Mr. Capozzi secured at least one (and as many as three) of the state’s top 20 verdicts or settlements each year from 2012-2018. In 2024, Edward secured the #12 spot in Top Verdict’s Top 20 Verdicts in New Jersey with a $2,799,920 verdict in Jaber v. Frederick, et al., a motor vehicle accident case. This, alongside Alex Capozzi’s #13 ranking in the same year, marks the first time in firm history that two attorneys earned Top 20 recognitions simultaneously. Mr. Capozzi has also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® 2026 for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs.
• Alex Capozzi — Recognized as the youngest attorney in New Jersey history to secure a multi-million-dollar jury verdict. Alex Capozzi also obtained the 14th largest jury verdict of any lawyer in the state in 2016. Less than 1 percent of attorneys throughout the United States can claim at least one such recovery in their career. In 2024, Alex achieved the #13 position in Top Verdict’s Top 20 Verdicts in New Jersey with a $2,750,000 verdict in Nagy, et al. v. Outback Steakhouse, et al., a premises liability slip-and-fall case. This, alongside Edward P. Capozzi’s #12 ranking in the same year, marks the first time in firm history that two attorneys earned Top 20 recognitions simultaneously. • Corey A. Dietz — A cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh. Corey Dietz earned his J.D. at the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While there, he was the champion of the Hugh B. Pearce Internal Trial Competition. Before joining Brach Eichler Injury Lawyers, Corey honed his trial skills for two years at the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Later, in private practice in New Jersey, he achieved multiple six- and seven-figure settlements as part of his civil trial work.
