Woodlynne man killed in fiery crash in Camden

CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ – A 51-year-old Woodlynne man was killed in a fiery car accident in Camden County last Friday, according to the Daily Voice.

The victim, Gary Lawrence, was a passenger in a vehicle that crashed with several parked car in the Lanning Square area of Camden on Friday at about 9:10 p.m. The car slammed into more than one parked car on South 4th Street, in addition to hitting a pedestrian. Finally, the vehicle struck a concrete barrier and caught fire.

Lawrence died at the scene. It is unclear whether the driver or involved pedestrian suffered injuries.

An investigation into the accident is still ongoing.
