ESSEX COUNTY, NJ – An Irvington woman was killed by a hit-and-run driver in Maplewood early on Monday morning, according to NJ.com.
A driver struck 29-year-old Johanne L. Barthelemy in the 1000 block of Chancellor Avenue at about 2:50 a.m. Barthelemy was standing outside her vehicle when she was struck. The driver continued from the scene without stopping.
Police are still looking for the driver for an ongoing investigation into the fatal accident.
