Woman Injured In An Early-Morning Boating Accident

STAFFORD, NJ – A woman was sent to the hospital after a boating accident at Jersey Shore early this morning, according to NJ.com.

The accident happened at about 2 a.m. in the Manahawkin Bay, off the coast of Stafford, when the victim accidentally ran her boat aground.

The victim hit her head on the boat, a 32-foot Boston Whaler, in the accident and was sent to the hospital for treatment.

It has not been confirmed whether the woman was boating alone or with passengers.
