NEWARK, NJ – A woman was hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash in Newark’s South Ward early this morning, according to information from local news sources.
The crash happened near Hawthorne Avenue and Fabyan Place, when two vehicles collided, causing a woman to become trapped within the wreckage.
After being freed by emergency crews, the victim was taken to the hospital to receive treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
No other injuries were immediately reported, and the accident remains under investigation.
