Woman hit, injured by car on W Park Ave in Hamilton Township

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A woman was hospitalized Halloween evening after being hit by a car while trick-or-treating with her two children in Hamilton Township, reports Daily Voice.

The incident occurred in the area of West Park Avenue and Lafayette Avenue on Monday, October 31, shortly before 7:15 p.m.

It was unclear what led up to the crash, but Hamilton Police said the victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries. She was transported to Robert Wood Johnson Hospital to be evaluated.

No injuries to the children or anyone else have been reported.

At this time, authorities have not said whether the driver of the striking vehicle remained at the scene.
