BERGEN COUNTY, NJ – A 78-year-old man was extricated from his overturned Jeep after hitting a parked car in Waldwick on Sunday afternoon.
According to Daily Voice, the accident happened near the intersection of Harrison Avenue and West Prospect Street at about 4:30 p.m. The man was driving a white 2018 Jeep Compass when he struck a legally parked Toyota, overturning his SUV.
Local authorities extricated the victim from the upturned vehicle. He was then transported to an area hospital to be evaluated for injuries.
The Jeep was towed from the scene.
