UNION COUNTY, NJ – The victim of a two-vehicle accident on the Garden State Parkway in Clark on Monday has been identified by state police.
According to NJ.com, the fatal accident that took the life of the 46-year-old East Orange resident happened near milepost 136 at about 2:40 a.m. on February 15. The man’s car collided with an SUV in the southbound lanes.
Christopher Meikle was pronounced dead at a hospital in Rahway, where he was taken after the crash.
The other driver, a 43-year-old man from Irvington, is still hospitalized and is in serious condition.
