The accused is 45-year-old Charles R. Wilson, of Fairview, who allegedly rear-ended a 2011 Honda CRV with his 2014 Chevy Corvette on the bridge at around 9:30 a.m.
The impact forced the Honda into a divider, and the vehicle rolled over an unspecified number of times.
42-year-old Bisere Frluckaj, a passenger in the Honda, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene of the accident.
The other occupant of the Honda, Muharem Frluckaj, 52, was taken to the hospital, where he died of injuries sustained during the crash.
Wilson suffered minor injuries in the collision and was taken in for treatment at the hospital in Teaneck.
He is facing two charges of vehicular homicide.
