PASSAIC, NJ – Two pedestrians were injured after being struck by a hit-and-run driver in Passaic on Thursday night, according to local news sources.
The accident happened near the intersection of Hamilton Avenue and Jefferson Street at 6:50 p.m., when the driver of a light-colored vehicle collided with two pedestrians, then fled the scene.
The victims sustained non-critical wounds in the accident.
Authorities are searching for the suspect driver and continue to investigate the collision.
