EDGEWATER, NJ – A teenaged bicyclist was hospitalized after crashing his bike with a vehicle in Edgewater on Saturday, according to Daily Voice.
The 16-year-old was riding his bike in the same direction as the involved vehicle on River Road. They crashed into each other at about noon near Hooks Lane and the bicycle shattered the windshield of the car.
The boy was transported to Palisades Medical Center. The severity of the victim’s injuries is unclear at this time.
An investigation continues.
