Serious crash kills motorcyclist in Old Bridge

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ – Authorities responded to a serious crash in Old Bridge Township on Monday that resulted in the death of a motorcyclist.

According to NJ.com, the crash happened at about 11:30 p.m. on County Road 516 near the Matawan Animal Hospital. A Harley Davidson crashed into a Chrysler minivan as it was turning left across traffic.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the minivan was not hurt.

Police are withholding the identity of the victim until the family can be notified of the accident.
