EWING, NJ – Police are trying to find a driver who may have been a witness to a crash that killed a New Jersey woman, NJ.com reports.

The accident happened shortly before 12 p.m. June 4 on Lower Ferry Road in Ewing Township. Investigators say  23-year-old Gabriella Nordgren crossed into oncoming traffic and crashed head-on into another vehicle at Ashley Avenue.

A 5-year-old child in the car with Nordgren was seriously hurt in the crash, and the driver of the other vehicle was injured as well.

Police are now looking for an SUV driver who may have seen what happened. That person was spotted turning into the parking lot of the Woodbrook House on Lower Ferry Road near the scene of the accident.

The person’s vehicle is believed to be a dark-colored 2017 to 2019 Ford Escape which was captured on a security camera.  Anyone with information is asked to contact Ewing Township police.
