TOMS RIVER, NJ- A collision in the northbound lanes of Route 9 has shut down the entire roadway in the area of the collision on Tuesday night, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
At approximately 5:39pm, all lanes of Route 9 in the area of County Road 622 were shut down and detoured due to a crash. Officials suggested avoiding the area.
