PERTH AMBOY, NJ- A truck overturned and closed the eastbound lanes of Route 440 on Tuesday morning, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
At approximately 10:37 am, officials responded to reports of an overturned truck in the area of Route 440 and County Road 611/State Street.
