PASSAIC, NJ – The Daily Voice reports a man who ran a red light was found with possession of marijuana along with $6,167 in suspected drug proceeds on Wednesday.
The man, identified as 28-year-old Jamie Martinez, was driving a red Acura sedan when he ran a red light at the intersection of Burhans Avenue and West Broadway just before 10 p.m.
Officer Jeffrey Welsh stopped and searched the vehicle and found 11.7 ounces of marijuana, packing bags, and cash.
Martinez was charged with drug offenses.
