According to RLS Media, the crash happened on McCarter Highway close to Grafton Avenue where the drive and passenger were apprehending without trouble.
The suspects had evaded police earlier in the evening before the high-speed pursuit of the grey BMW began near 4th Street and Park Avenue. After the driver ignored lights and sirens, police sped after the suspects. Eventually, the suspects’ vehicle lost a tire, although the suspects continued to drive on the rim at about 60 mph.
No one was seriously injured when the suspects crashed, although some minor injuries were reported.
