HOBOKEN, NJ – A man was charged with driving while intoxicated after driving on a sidewalk and crashing with a garbage can on Saturday morning.
The Hudson County View reported that police responded to a call on Willow Avenue at 2nd Street at about 12:06. A gold Chrysler Town & Country was on the sidewalk where it had crashed into a trashcan.
The driver was identified as Timothy Bracero, a 46-year-old from Union City. After failing a field sobriety test, he was arrested. Police found drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and Phencyclidine in the vehicle.
