RIVER EDGE, NJ – Firefighters had to free a victim from the wreckage of a two-vehicle collision in River Edge yesterday afternoon, according to the Daily Voice.
The accident happened at the intersection of Voorhis Avenue and Bogert Road, located west of Kinderkamack Road, at about 3:30 p.m., when a black Honda SUV collided with a red minivan.
The Honda rolled over onto its side, causing one person to be trapped within the vehicle.
Authorities extricated the victim, whose current condition is unknown at this time.
It is unclear at this point what led to the crash, though the weather was rainy at the time.
