Pedestrian Trapped Under Vehicle After Linden Crash

LINDEN, NJ- A pedestrian was trapped underneath a vehicle after being struck on East Elizabeth Avenue yesterday, according to NJ.com.

At approximately 10:00am, the unidentified male pedestrian was crossing East Elizabeth Avenue near Bower Street when he was struck by a Kia Soul. The vehicle trapped him underneath and he had to be rescued by workers of an auto body shop nearby.

The victim suffered critical injuries and was transported shortly after to University Hospital.
