SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ – A pedestrian was struck in an accident on West Union Avenue in Bound Brooke on Friday morning, according to the state incident tracker.
A pedestrian was hit in the westbound lanes near Interstate 287 at about 6:15 a.m.
All lanes of the roadway were closed and traffic was detoured around the area so authorities could clear the scene and investigate the incident.
At this time, we do not know whether the pedestrian was injured in the crash or the other details. We will keep this story updated should more information be released about the crash.
