JERSEY CITY, NJ – A 39-year-old pedestrian was struck by a hit-and-run driver on the Lincoln Highway Bridge in Jersey City on Saturday night.
According to RLS Media, the man was walking on the northbound Jersey City side of the bridge when he was struck by a car at about 11 p.m. The driver fled the scene.
Medics took the man to Jersey City Medical Center. He was listed in stable condition but remains critical.
Local authorities are asking for the public’s assistance as they continue their investigation. Anyone with information is encouraged to call and leave an anonymous tip.
