NUTLEY, NJ – A pedestrian suffered injuries to their face when a hit-and-run driver struck them in Nutley on Monday of last week.

According to a local news story, the pedestrian was making their way across Washington Avenue on Dec. 7 when they were struck by a southbound four-door, silver sedan.

The victim was taken to a local hospital where they received treatment for injuries to their mouth and chin.

It is unclear whether the local police have been able to bring the hit-and-run driver in. We will update this story should more information become available.
