BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ – A vehicle versus pedestrian accident that injured one person was reported on Route 38 in Mount Holly late Sunday night.
According to RLS Media, a pedestrian was struck by a car on westbound Route 38 near Pine Street at about 10:45 p.m.
The victim was transported by ambulance to an area hospital with serious injuries. An update on their condition is not yet available.
It is unclear whether the driver remained on the scene.
An investigation into the accident continued on Monday morning.
