OLD BRIDGE, NJ – A pedestrian died after he was hit by multiple drivers near Route 9 in Old Bridge early Friday morning, according to NJ.com.

The crash happened near the intersection of Route 9 and Ferry Road at around 1:25 a.m., when a 69-year-old male pedestrian was struck by multiple drivers.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities stated that this was not a hit-and-run crash and that no charges have been filed at this time. Their investigation continues.
