GLOUCESTER COUNTY, NJ — One person was struck by a vehicle Wednesday, October 26, on U.S. Route 322 in Woolwich Township, according to Daily Voice.

The New Jersey Department of Transportation said the incident occurred on the westbound lanes near Stone Meetinghouse Road at around 12:00 p.m.

At this time, officials have not released information on the circumstances behind the event or the condition of the victim.

It was unclear whether the driver remained after the crash.

All westbound lanes in the area were shut down, and motorists were asked to detour around the scene.
