EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ – An overturned tractor-trailer was blocking one lane on the Western Spur of the New Jersey Turnpike, according to New Jersey 511.
The incident was reported at about 11:45 a.m.
The right lane was blocked from the accident in the northbound lanes near Interchange 16W for Route 3.
