BERGEN COUNTY, NJ – A woman was trapped inside her vehicle after crashing into several parked cars in Hasbrouck Heights early on Wednesday morning.
According to Daily Voice, a 31-year-old Lodi woman swerved into a parked car with her 2019 Nissan in a parking lot along Pasadena Avenue off Route 46 at about 1 a.m. The Nissan then struck a second vehicle and overturned, hitting the first one again. The impact sent both parked cars into surrounding vehicles. In all, six vehicles were involved.
Denise Guy was taken into custody and transported to an area hospital after being extricated by firefighters. The charges against her are driving while intoxicated and assault by auto.
One of the parked cars was occupied by two men. Neither reported serious injuries.
The accident investigations are continuing.
