1 Seriously Injured, Other Minor Injuries in Rear-End Crash

MAHWAH, NJ- One driver was critically injured and others sustained minor injuries after a rear-end crash on Route 287 in Mahwah early Monday, according to Daily Voice.

At approximately 2:45am, 25-year-old Zachary Krawczyk rear ended a Honda in his Subaru on Route 287, causing the Honda to collide into a guardrail and the Subaru to off-road and strike a tree. Krawczyk was critically injured, and officials identified head trauma. He was airlifted to St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center. The passenger and driver of the Honda also experienced minor injuries.

The area of Route 287 was closed during the crash investigation and cleanup.
