NEWARK, NJ- A pedestrian was found unconscious in the roadway after being struck by a vehicle on Route 21 Tuesday morning in Newark, according to local media sources.
At approximately 5:53am, officials responded to reports of a victim, presumably struck by a vehicle, in the roadway of Route 21 near 3rd Avenue. The victim was unresponsive at the time of the incident. No further information has been released at this time.
