WAYNE, NJ- A car crashed into a storefront early Thursday on Route 23 South in Wayne, according to local media sources.
At approximately 5:25am, a vehicle crashed into Perfect Pawn Shop near 1275 Route 23 South. One victim was trapped in the vehicle, and officials extricated the injured driver. The victim was transported to the hospital shortly after with serious injuries that were not considered to be life-threatening.
The cause of the accident is under investigation. We will be monitoring for updates.
