BAYONNE, NJ – All lanes were closed and traffic detoured after a tractor-trailer jackknifed on Route 440 in Bayonne early on Tuesday morning.
According to 511 New Jersey, the accident happened just after 3 a.m. on the northbound Route 440 ramp to and from Pulaski Street.
The ramp was closed in both directions for more than five hours and traffic was detoured around the scene.
At this time, it is unclear whether any other vehicles were involved or if anyone was injured.
