LEONIA, NJ – A car accident was reported on the New Jersey Turnpike on Wednesday afternoon, according to New Jersey 511.
The accident was reported at about 12:11 p.m. It took place in the southbound express lanes of the New Jersey Turnpike/ Interstate 95, in the area of Exit 72 for US 1& 9.
The right shoulder of the express lane was blocked following the accident.
