LYNDHURST, NJ – Multiple people, possibly up to six, were injured after a minivan went up in flames in an accident on the New Jersey Turnpike Sunday morning, according to the Hackensack Daily Voice.
The crash happened at about 10 a.m. on the Turnpike near milepost 110.8 when a minivan collided with a median, then rolled over an unspecified number of times before bursting into flames.
Multiple people, whose identities and conditions were not made available, were taken to the hospital in Hackensack for treatment.
The accident remains under investigation by NJ State Police.
