EAST ORANGE, NJ – A man died Wednesday in a collision in East Orange when he was hit by multiple vehicles while riding a bicycle.
According to an article by NJ.com, the accident happened at about 2 p.m. on Freeway Drive and Evergreen Place when the victim, 26-year-old Orange resident Steven B. Allen, Jr., was riding his bicycle.
He was struck by several cars on the freeway and died at the scene.
At this time, there have been no other injuries reported and no charges filed yet.
An investigation into the collision is ongoing.
